Frapa Consultants has been set up as an IT Support Service by Rob Roy, a CompTIA trained IT expert and project manager.  Having long been a tech enthusiast, Rob has worked for many years on a freelance basis, predominately in IT projects and utilising IT based solutions, mainly for large public sector and law enforcement organisations. He has developed his technical  expertise from both hands-on and formal learning.

Rob is based in the Charente, where he lives with his wife and dog.
